PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SUPPORT BANDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO-HATTA

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is one of the main air gateways in Indonesia and the busiest airport in the country. Employee performance at this airport is crucial in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. Therefore, attention to improving employee performance is essential, which can be examined through factors such as the work environment, compensation, and work motivation. The research utilizes a quantitative method, with a population of 1,790 individuals and a sample of 105 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques.Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and significance testing with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.4 software. The findings indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of support employees at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Fair and appropriate compensation aligned with workload contributes to improvements in employees’ work quality, productivity, and responsibility in carrying out airport operational tasks. These results emphasize that an effective compensation system is a crucial factor in enhancing the performance of support employees at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
